Candidates should be articulate, enthusiastic individuals to teach daily living skills and assist with personal hygiene needs. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. CNA or Home Health Aide with Developmental Disabilities background preferred. High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required. Must have a Florida Driver’s License and a clean driving record. | | Direct Support Professional I – Responsible for the overall quality of care for all individuals in the program and assisting individuals to increase their independence. Responsible for seeing that jobs are completed correctly and on time. High School Diploma or GED required. Valid Florida Driver’s license with good driving record. | | Direct Support Professional 2 – NRSS (SENIOR’S PROGRAM) PROGRAM – Responsible for the overall quality of care for all individuals in the program and assisting individuals to increase their independence. High School Diploma or GED required. Valid Florida Driver’s license with good driving record. Minimum 2 years experience with Quest or 3 years experience with similar provider. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. | | RN or LPN –Under limited supervision perform all assigned nursing duties to also include supervision of Direct Care Staff. Must have completed a program from an accredited school of nursing for RN or LPN. Must be licensed in the State of Florida. Must be CPR certified. Experience preferred in the field of developmentally disabled, but not necessary. | | Associate Director-Vocational Evaluation– Responsible for the oversight and development of the Vocational Evaluation program to ensure quality, efficiency and attainment of specified outcomes. Prefer Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation, Sociology, Special Education or other field that qualifies under Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE) program. Certified Vocational Evaluator required. Valid Florida Driver’s license. | | Employment Specialist / Job Coach - Provide on-site training and support and monitors progress of consumers in the “Follow-Along” stage of competitive employment. Maintains accurate and current records in accordance with Developmental Disabilities/Medicaid Waiver regulations. Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years experience in lieu of degree. Spanish/Bilingual preferred. Clean Florida Driver’s license. |
