QuestWorks

QuestWorks offers a variety of employment opportunities that help people with disabilities increase their self-esteem, develop social and workplace skills and give them the independence they desire.

Job Training

At QuestWorks employment centers, individuals have the opportunity to learn job skills that can prepare them for the responsibilities they would face in an outside workplace. Carefully supervised and thoroughly trained, these employees are assigned activities that match their physical capabilities. While many of our employees remain at the employment centers to work, many others use this opportunity as a stepping stone to working in the community.

Group Employment

Being part of a QuestWorks Q Group allows people to work on a variety of projects out in the community while developing social and workplace skills and increasing their financial independence and self-esteem. In addition to the skills needed for groundskeeping and custodial duties, Q Group workers learn safe work practices and team work.

Career Placement

QuestWorks employment services help people with disabilities explore promising career options and find gainful employment in the community. With a comprehensive program including vocational evaluation, job development, job coaching, follow-along services, and travel training, people can learn about vocational options, explore and identify realistic job opportunities and develop plans for success.
